I’m your first cup, made for learning to drink on your own, from a combination of bamboo and silicone. Like every myBamBuddy product I’m safe to use — because of what I’m made from, I can’t shatter and hurt you.

Learning to hold me on your own trains coordination and fine motor skills. Once you’ve mastered drinking through the silicone mouthpiece, you can take it off and drink straight from the cup.

Everything cleans quickly and easily, because it’s made from a material that resists microbes and bacteria — organic bamboo, grown without fertilisers or pesticides, and like silicone a biodegradable alternative to plastic. The silicone parts contain no plastic, BPA, PVC, lead or phthalates.

Choose from four silicone colours: blue, green, pink and yellow.

FAQ

Is the cup leak-proof if it tips over?
The lid seals well when the cup stands upright or tilts briefly. It is not meant to travel upside down in a bag.
Can I wash the straw separately?
Yes, the straw and lid come off and wash separately. We recommend a straw brush.
Can I pour a hot drink into it?
No. The cup is for cold and lukewarm drinks; hot liquid can damage the lacquer and the silicone.
Does the base grip every table?
Any firm, smooth surface that is clean and dry. It won't grip fabric, deeply grained wood or a wet table.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
No. Wash it by hand with a mild detergent and dry it well. Rub the bamboo with natural oil once a month.
Is it microwave safe?
No. These products are not made for heating food, in a microwave or a conventional oven.
From what age is it suitable?
From around six months, when your child starts on solids. Always use it with an adult present.
How do I store it so the bamboo doesn't crack?
Never leave it soaking and never dry it on a radiator or in the sun. Bamboo cracks from drying too fast, not from use.
Where does the bamboo come from?
The bamboo is grown and processed in China. Every piece is checked and packed in Slovenia.
What does BPA free mean?
That the materials contain no bisphenol A. The bamboo is coated with a natural food-contact lacquer and the silicone is medical grade.
How long does delivery take?
Within 72 hours in Slovenia. Free above the threshold.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
Yes, within 14 days and without giving a reason. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
